Joe made his way to Vancouver in 1985 via Boston, Uranium City and Edmonton. After 25 years as a photographer, Joe was at a crossroads and was looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity. Having just enjoyed a year of being at home with his daughters he was ready to for a new career. Bob and Bill Pappajohn provided a sales position and within a couple of weeks Joe found himself selling boats at the 2002 Vancouver International Boat Show. A whole new chapter in his life was born.
With his ability to build long lasting relationships, a boatload of energy and a desire to help people get out on the water in combination with M &P Mercury's 50 year Legacy and the Brunswick boat brands, the last 9 years have brought Joe much success.
How could his life be complete without the two beautiful young ladies that are so much a large part of his life: Lindy & Kaylee. These girls are everything a Dad could want; talented, smart, giving, leaders and, like Joe, truly enjoy life to the fullest. Kaylee is pursuing a singing career and Lindy is at Queens University working on her undergraduate degree in Bio-Chem.
Joe started at M & P Mercury's Burnaby location, transferring to M & P Yacht Centre in 2006. During Joe's years with M & P he has a major contributing factor to the growth of the Sea Ray Cruiser and Sea Ray Sport Yacht markets in the Vancouver Area. With the addition of Meridian Yachts, Bayliner and Hatteras Yachts, Joe feels the M & P Yacht Center is positioned for success!!
During the next ten years, Joe looks forward to continuing on his path as a major contributor towards getting people out on the water in a boat sold by M & P Yacht Centre.
