About Olga:
As a young child, Olga's father enjoyed fishing with his family and friends, and Olga often accompanied him on his fishing trips. On one of these adventures, Olga had a negative experience while crabbing and through the rest of her childhood refused to board a boat again.
Since joining the M&P Team, Olga is proud to say that she has made steps towards conquering her childhood fears and truly enjoyed a night out with the staff aboard a boat in English Bay enjoying the Fireworks in the summer of 2010.
Olga spent thirty years in hospitality retail. She came to M&P looking for a change of pace and a new challenge, and joined the team in spring of 2010 as the Warranty Administrator, knowing well that she was going to need to face her fears.
She used the inspirational words of the Dalai Lama as encouragement and a challenge to herself: "If you have fear of some pain or suffering, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it. If you can, there is no need to worry about it; if you cannot do anything, then there is also no need to worry."
